Hank Cohen - CEO/Partner
Before forming Trifecta Entertainment in 2005, Hank Cohen served as President of MGM Television Entertainment overseeing all aspects of television including development, production and marketing for six years. Mr. Cohen was also responsible for exploring progressive television opportunities and partnerships with low risk financing rewards. Under his tenure, Mr. Cohen was instrumental in securing ground breaking deals utilizing shared programming windows across many cable and syndication outlets. He grew the MGM Television brand through award-winning series, specials and made-for-television movies for network, cable and syndication and launched MGM’s direct-to-video production unit with several successful films. Mr. Cohen was responsible for many successful series franchises such as Stargate SG-1, Stargate Atlantis, The Outer Limits, L.A.P.D, Jeremiah, She Spies and Dead Like Me.
Prior to being appointed President, he served as Executive VP, Creative Affairs at MGM Television.
Previously, Mr. Cohen was VP of Comedy Development at Lorimar Television where he supervised popular series such as Full House and Family Matters. As Vice President of Specials and Reality Series for ABC, he developed the America’s Funniest Home Videos franchise.
